Privacy notice

This blog is hosted on GitHub Pages. No registration or consent to analytics is required to read it.

Optional visitor analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” It uses cookies to measure page views, traffic sources, engagement, scrolling to approximately 90% of a page and download-link clicks, helping improve articles and distribution. These signals do not establish that an article was read or a download completed.

Google receives browser and device information, page and interaction data, and the IP address included in network requests, which may be used to derive approximate location. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses or user account IDs to Analytics. Page URLs exclude non-campaign query parameters and fragments; referrers retain only the website origin. Please do not put personal information in campaign parameters.

We do not link Google Ads or enable Google Signals. Advertising consent remains denied. User and event details are retained for two months; aggregate reports may be retained longer. Analytics cookies have a 60-day lifetime that may renew on visits. The reporting dashboard is not public.

Your choices

Use “Analytics settings” in the footer to allow or decline analytics. Your choice is stored only in this browser for up to 180 days. Declining prevents the Google analytics script from loading. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking and clears Analytics cookies accessible to this website; it does not automatically delete data already transmitted. We also do not load analytics when the browser enables Global Privacy Control.
